That boat is perfect for the LPD's, LHA's and LHD's for Anti-Piracy. Marines can use that to patrol the shores and even chase down Pirates.
ReplyDeleteIsn't this pretty much the same as a CB90? That's not a bad thing, the CB90 is loved by all that use it. I'm just wondering if there's any difference...
ReplyDeleteboth wrong. This design is for assault. Would not work well in VBSS role (deck area), and is built by a different company but similar to some boat built by Finnish Marine Alutech.
ReplyDeleteThe interceptor name is peculiar since boat not equipped to do at sea interception? Where are you to put something like a Mk 38 Mod 2 etc?
It even has the same fixed forward firing MGs as the cb90 ,but this is probably much smaller boat
